11.2 Closure by Player. You may close your pa8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. pa8888 may charge a monthly inactivity fee against inactive account balances as detailed in the platform's fee schedule. pa8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
